Meet Bear, your AI teammate
- Copilot is now Bear: one name for IntelliDesk's AI, in the dashboard panel (⌘J) and in the decisions around every reply
- Type /setup and Bear sets up the account with you: knowledge, what happens when the agent can't answer, the widget's look, tests, and install steps for your kind of website
- Drop files into Bear's chat to add them to the knowledge base
- A new chat interface: see what Bear is doing while it works, answer its questions in one click, pick which of its changes to apply, and use / commands and dictation
- Faster first words in visitor chats, and citations that name the right source on product pages

Pay for what you use, an AI teammate, and a smarter agent
- Pricing is now Free plus a plan you build: pick message credits, agents and training data, and pay the sum. Every paid plan includes unlimited seats and removes the IntelliDesk badge at no extra cost
- Unused credits on a plan you build carry over for a month, and every plan keeps a hard monthly limit. Starter and Growth stay only for customers already on them
- Bear (then called Copilot), the chat panel on every agent page, reads your inbox and settings and drafts replies and changes for you to apply
- The agent reads the page your visitor is on, remembers returning visitors, and cites only the sources it used
- Proactive messages, notes for your team (and for the AI), saved replies, and business hours for live chat
- Version history with restore, A/B tests of instructions or models, two-step sign-in, single sign-on over OpenID Connect, and an audit log

Plans, team seats and trust
- Free, Starter and Growth plans. Message credits refill every 30 days, and every plan has a hard monthly limit, so you’re never billed for overage
- Billing and Usage pages show your plan and how many credits you have left. Card checkout for paid plans opens soon
