You choose each agent's model, so you control what a reply costs. Failed replies and canned fallbacks are free. Models from the wider catalog cost 1 to 12 credits, shown next to each one when you pick it.

Bear, the AI teammate in your dashboard, uses credits for each step it takes, and shows what every answer cost. Test runs use credits for each answer they get from the AI.
What’s a message credit?
Credits pay for your agent’s AI replies. Each AI reply uses credits depending on the model: fast models like Claude Haiku use 1, mid-size models like Claude Sonnet use 3, and the largest models use more. The model picker shows what each model costs. Replies you test in the Playground count too. On a paid plan you pick how many you want each month, and unused credits carry over for a month; Free resets every 30 days.
What happens when I run out?
Your agent politely asks visitors to leave their email so your team can follow up. It starts answering again when your credits refill or you upgrade. You’re never charged for overage.
How is the price worked out?
It's the sum of what you pick: $8 per 1,000 credits a month ($6 above 10,000), $3 for each agent after the first, and $1 per 10 MB of training data above 10 MB. Team seats, every channel and removing our badge cost nothing.
Can I change or cancel anytime?
You can cancel any time from Billing. Changing the numbers of an active plan isn't available yet: to change them, cancel and pick new numbers once your current period ends. Bear can also tell you which plan fits what you actually use.
Do you train AI models on my data?
No. We don’t use your data to train AI models. Your sources and your visitors’ chats are only used to answer questions for your own agent.
